Medical Director
Dr. Lindsay Dellavalle
Dr. Lindsay Dellavalle is deeply committed to exceptional patient care and is known for delivering thoughtful, comprehensive consultations centered on education, trust, and individualized treatment. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Dellavalle leads The Brightwood’s proprietary provider training program, helping to ensure the highest standards of technique, safety, and patient care across the practice. Following residency, Dr. Dellavalle served as an Army Brigade Surgeon at Fort Hood, Texas, overseeing the medical care of 3,000 soldiers, preparing them for deployment, and providing care upon their return. She continued to serve as a military physician in the Army National Guard. Her career as both a veteran and physician has been defined by service and leadership, including receiving the United Hero Award for excellence in patient care and earning Atlantic Health System’s highest patient-satisfaction rating on the nationally recognized Press Ganey survey—a notable distinction within a network serving more than 7.5 million people. For the past decade, prior to The Brightwood, Dr. Dellavalle has owned and operated a concierge aesthetics practice, giving her extensive experience developing long term relationships with patients and creating highly personalized treatment plans. Dr. Dellavalle lives in New Jersey with her teenage daughter and son. Her experience as both a physician and the mother of a child with special needs has further shaped the compassion, patience, and deeply personal approach she brings to caring for her patients.

Cofounder
Devon Nagelberg
Devon is a marketing and consumer engagement leader with extensive retail and beauty expertise. Devon began her career at Bloomingdale’s (Macy’s Inc.) where she held several roles within Marketing, ultimately becoming Managing Editor of social and digital media. While at Bloomingdale’s she produced large-scale activations and strategic partnerships, including NY Fashion Week and new store opening initiatives. Following Bloomingdale’s, Devon lived and worked in Hong Kong for several years, managing Consumer Engagement for Estée Lauder Companies skincare in 14 countries throughout Asia Pacific, with a focus on Korea, Japan and China. While at Estée Lauder, Devon worked with some of the most sophisticated skincare markets and consumers globally. Most recently, Devon cofounded a national medical spa. Devon developed the marketing strategy and operated the business from inception. Devon has been a special guest speaker at the Estée Lauder Companies x Condé Nast Joint Advisory Board and her work has been featured in the NYTimes, Hamptons Magazine and Forbes. Devon holds an Aesthetician license to inform team training and client experience across the practice.

Cofounder
Paige Walker
Paige’s love for business began at the United States Military Academy at West Point where she majored in Leadership & Management and Systems Engineering. At West Point, Paige was selected as a member of the Black and Gold Leadership Forum where she learned from some of the most prominent leadership thinkers in the world. Paige was a Division I swimmer and Academy record holder. Paige’s passion for both business and fashion led her to cofound jewelry brand, Stella Valle. As Stella Valle’s Chief Executive Officer, Paige led the company’s overall decision making. Paige was featured on the hit TV show Shark Tank, gaining investment from Mark Cuban and Lori Grenier. Paige was named Forbes 30 Under 30 as a "Youthful Visionary Disruptor" and was accepted as a member of The Council of Fashion Designers of Americas (CFDA). Most recently, Paige led operations for a national medical spa. During her tenure, Paige opened multiple locations, doubled the team and streamlined operations. Paige lives on a farm in New Jersey with her husband and young daughters.
