The Brightwood collects information that you provide to us. Examples of personal information that we collect may include, but are not limited to your name, address, telephone number, email address, birth date, gender, race, payment information, health information that you provide to The Brightwood, and other personally identifiable information (collectively, the “Personal Information”). This Site shall only collect Personal Information that you knowingly and willingly provide by way of surveys, completed membership forms, and emails. It is the intent of this Site to use Personal Information only for the purpose for which it was requested and any additional uses specifically provided on this Site.

The Brightwood may collect information from a third party, including an affiliated professional health care practitioner or aesthetician about your treatment options provided to you and your results. The Brightwood collects other information from users of its Site, such as IP addresses, browser types, location information and operating system types to assist us in providing and maintaining superior quality service.

Google Analytics

The Brightwood uses a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of this Site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this Site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this Site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this Site, rather than your name or other identifying information. The Brightwood may use your Personal Information to provide, and to communicate with you about our services and the services offered by physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses and licensed clinical aestheticians that treat you. We may transfer this Personal Information to our contracted health care providers, or other persons or entities working on your behalf. The Brightwood also may transfer this Personal Information, as well as other information collected on its Site, to outside contractors, auditors, consultants or others engaged by The Brightwood to assist in providing financial or operational activities on The Brightwood’s behalf, including technical and processing services and analysis of Site performance.

Occasionally your Personal Information may be used for sending communications to you in relation to the services provided by The Brightwood. Your email address may be used for marketing purposes, but no information regarding any services The Brightwood provides to you will be disclosed. The Brightwood does not knowingly or specifically collect Personal Information from users under the age of 13 and no one under age 13 is authorized to submit any information, including Personal Information, on our Site. If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system's database.
