Guests are enrolled in The Brightwood rewards program automatically when you reach the Tier 1 spend threshold. You will be bumped up to the next tier automatically when that threshold is met.

Our system will track your spend and automatically put you in the proper Tier. Our reception team will proactively alert you. Please inquire with our team if you have questions regarding your tier.
Yes, the rewards program operates on a rolling annual basis. Rewards must be redeemed within one year of being earned, otherwise they expire and do not roll over.
They will receive a digital gift card. Just provide their names and email and we’ll take care of that for you. Referral gift cards can be used on services only.
